On Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 12PM to 2PM, the U.S support committee of the People’s Movement in Morocco will host a rally at Union square in New York to condemn the unjust and outrageous verdicts against the Rif ‘Hirak’ leaders for peacefully protesting their rights.

The organizers said in a brief statement Friday that “An injury to one is an injury to all. In light of the unjust guilty verdicts and the punitive, vindictive lengthy sentences imposed on the Rif Hirak leaders, still being held in Okacha Prison in inhumane conditions, we, the Free Moroccan People residing in the USA take a firm stance to demand these sentences be overturned without delay, and to free all Political Prisoners currently being punished for peacefully protesting their rights.”

“The Moroccan Judicial system has failed its people and all hopes we ever had for an impartial and unbiased justice system sworn to uphold law and order”. History is being made, don’t stand by and watch other write it for you! Be the force that drives the change! Join us to demand freedom for All Moroccan Political Prisoners NOW!
