Leaders of Popular Movement in Rif —Al hirak Chaabi— have launched a general strike that shut down many private shops and several key sectors in Al Hoceima in protest against ongoing repression ‘l’hogra’ after the Moroccan forces known as ‘el Makhzen’ massacred peaceful protesters at Al Hoceima, on January 4, 2017.
