The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Pan-Arabist regime ruling Algeria, Ramtane Lamamra had instructed all their diplomatic missions in Europe and North America to boycott all Amazigh New Year celebrations.
Ramtane Lamamra is senior official of Kabyle origin but Like his Kabylian senior counterparts, though still and always anti-Kabyle agenda to prove his loyalty to the Arab- Islamic ideology.
