“I’ve been very humbled by this incredible hospitality of these people,” Gordon Ramsey said after visiting a remote Amazigh village to learn about their cuisine.

In his new series, Famous British chef and TV host Gordon Ramsay, has gone to explore Morocco, North Africa, where he embarks on an adventure deep in the Middle Atlas Mountains to understand ancient Amazigh cuisine.

Learning from the locals, he rappels over a waterfall to meet mushroom hunters, milks a camel and experiences the life of the Amazigh people. He puts his new skills to the test, cooking a feast with chef Najat Kaanache to celebrate Amazigh New Year. All episodes will be premiered starting August 2019 on National Geographic TV. [ads2]
