Breaking: Smail Abbouna Free After 28 months of Detention in Algeria

Smail Abbouna, of Mzab Mouvement, was released today after being held in Algerian jail for more than 28 months as a hostage to pressure his brother Salah Abbouna who fled Algeria in 2015 to escape Governement crackdown on Amazigh activists in Ghardaia.
