Niger (AWN) | During their first general assembly this week, President of Tarna Party in Niger, Dr. Adal Rhoubeid officially announced his presidential run, for the next Presidential Elections of Niger in 2016,
Though Tarna Party (Triumph in Tamazight) was founded only in July, 2015, but in few months of it’s existence already changed radically the political scene in Niger.
