Tripoli – In a tweet written in Amazigh script known as ‘ Tifinagh, the delegation of the European union in Libya have announced that their Head of EU Delegation Alan Bugeja spoke online with representatives of the Amazigh Supreme Council about the need for an inclusive political process that leads to a democratic Libya and reiterated that only negotiations can deliver the peace and stability that Libyans deserve.
