More Moroccan forces with a wide range of armored vehicles began arriving to the region of Al Hoceima to quickly wipe out the ongoing peaceful protest movement in Rif region.
The protests in Al Hoceima started on October, 2016 and turned quickly into a full-scale riot when a fishmonger named Mouhcine Fikri was crushed to death in a garbage truck as he tried to retrieve fish confiscated by Moroccan police.
