AWN-Washington, DC | A public lecture event was held on March 6th at 3PM in Arlington, Virginia to honor the life of Omar Khalek known as Izem. The event, which was attended by a good number of Amazigh activists including the general public, featured a lecture given by Said Aouragh, Mustapha Oukhbbou ,Karim Bakchich, Said Sadek and Rachid Oustouk as an admin.
The evening ended with an interactive panel discussion and some live Amazigh music composed and performed by Amnay and Elhoucine as a special tribute to the life of Omar Khalek.
