Young Tunisian Severely Beaten For Trying To Stop the Demolition of an Historic Amazigh House

Amazigh On December 20th of this year in El Kef city north western Tunisia, a 17 years old young girl Afraa Ben Azza was brutally assaulted by Tunisian authorities because she was trying to protect an historic Amazigh house known as Bou Makhlouf Coffee Shop from demolition for the reason of building a Mosque in its place.

The rage of punishment did not stop even here, but Afraa Ben Azza is now facing charges that could lead to 6 months in jail for violation of law and committing Serious offense against public order.
