Paris: Two new books by Ferhat Mehenni, President of the Provisional Government of Kabylia aka “ANAVAD AQVAYLI”, on the the right of the Kabyle people to self-determination, were published in November 2017. “Kabylie: Memorandum for independence”, Fauves Editions on Novembre 3 2017. While the second one titled ” “Memorandum for the right of the Kabyle people to self-determination” by l’Harmattan edition on November 28 2017.
On the other hand, several events and conferences are being planned in Paris, Montreal and other cities by the Kabyle community in diaspora with the presence of Ferhat Mehenni to celebrate his big releases.[ads1]
